Silcom Recruitment currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. This position is a permanent opportunity and offering a great chance for someone to come on board and provide administrative support.
Prior experience in the motor trade industry with new and used cars and a exposure to Kerridge or any similar motor trade system would be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
Liaising with the sales team and vehicle supply to process vehicle orders in line with the sales order.
Completing all pre-delivery related administration.
Working with the sales team and Sales Manager to complete sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included.
Entering vehicle job sheet details onto pinnacle system to ensure records regarding pre-delivery work hour’s requirements are accurate and up to date.
Organising transportation and delivery of stock and sold units.
Advising the sales team on matters regarding stock activity so that they are always aware of the current stock status.
Basic salary dependent on experience up to £25,000 + Amazing company benefits.
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (Flexible hours available)
