We are recruiting on behalf of an established motor trade group who have an really exciting job opportunity. Our client is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to join their team. As a Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Setting up and managing the digital sales team, constantly motivating and inspiring the team to exceed their targets.
Managing and scrutinising revenue streams to ensure all avenues are being exploited and the best sales strategy and tools are being implemented to meet budgeted KPIs and forecast.
Monitoring digital sales activity constantly improving methods to ensure the team are on course to meet performance targets.
Developing the digital business in terms of lead generation, new business proposals, new target markets and products implementation.
Building the reputation of the organisation online to ensure its success is a serious contender in online car sales.
Working with the Sales Teams at dealership level/Marketing Team to ensure the online sales function compliments the more traditional selling methods
Strong sales background with proven track record in motor trade industry.
Evidence of online sales – working with an online team in some capacity.
Evidence of building a new business area i.e. they will be setting up this new online department (highly desired)
Up to £40,000 Basic, negotiable depending on experience. OTE Uncapped, as well as other fantastic company benefits.
