





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a motor trade dealership group with site spread across West Sussex through to Dorset. Our client seeks an experienced Dealership Accountant to oversee three sites within the group, with the ability to be located within the above mentioned areas.
Our ideal candidate will hold a proven motor trade background, you will be responsible for producing timely and accurate management accounts information for the business. Willingness to travel between these sites is essential!
Responsibilities and Requirements of a Dealership Accountant:
Ensure timely and accurate submission of management accounts.
Review and communicate account discrepancies to management team.
Support senior management in departmental investigations related to accounts and staff management.
Precisely prepare statutory information within specified deadlines.
Collaborate with auditors to provide necessary data for statutory accounts.
Manage business cash flow and produce relevant reports for senior management.
Oversee stock reconciliation process to align with company needs.
Create and submit composite reports promptly.
Opportunity for an experienced Dealership Accountant to lead accounting function.
Report to Finance Director, providing insightful financial guidance and advice on spending, growth, and useful financial insights.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £40,000 + £4,000 Bonus + Company Car!!!
Monday to Friday hours
