Dealership Accountant - Crewe

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of a client based in Crewe, seeking to add an experienced Dealership Accountant to the business. Supporting the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include:

Managing and controlling all aspects of the financial affairs, maximising cash flow and return on capital.

Preparing and maintaining accounts up to audit level, including monthly management accounts and full year returns.

Assisting the Finance Director in maintaining & developing the integrity & functionality of the financial reporting.

The ideal candidate for the Dealership Accountant role will be able to demonstrate previous experience in the role and will ideally have experience utilising Kerridge DMS. You will also:

Have a proven experience of supervising and leading an Accounts Department

Be able to demonstrate achievement of business and/ or manufacturer targets

Monitor budgets and liaise with internal business partners around cost control.

Be qualified either by accreditation through a recognised Accountancy body or through experience.

The Package:

£35,000 - £45,000 Depending on experience + bonus, company car and other fantastic company benefits. 

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30.
