Dealership Accountant - Chester

The Role:

We are delighted to be recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade car dealership group, with an established site based around the outskirts of Chester. Our client is seeking an experienced motor trade Dealership Accountant to take full ownership of the management accounts production for their sites. 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Production of monthly management accounts

Weekly cash-flow forecasting

VAT calculation & submission

Management of the annual audit

Annual and periodic budgeting

Regular accounts forecasting

Maintenance of dealership ledgers

Preparation and submission of manufacturer composites

Negotiation of any contracts/dealership costs

Budget variance reporting

All other ad-hoc financial reporting requirements.

Experience Required:

We are looking for someone who has worked as a Dealership Accountant in the motor trade. You should be a qualified Accountant or should be qualified by experience (QBE). You should be used to getting your sleeves rolled up and you should be used to working in a fast-paced environment. We would also like you to have experience of the following systems:

Kerridge

ADP Accounts

CDK Autoline – revision 8

The Package:

£30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Company Car.

Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
