The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established motor trade business, with a new and used site located in Plymouth. Looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their team on either a full or part time, you will be responsible for the following:
Duties will include:
To meet & greet your customers, & clarify their Service, MOT and/or repair requirements.
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.
To up-sell products & Service Plans, handle objections and record sales activity.
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles.
Experience Required:
You will currently be working in a similar position, with ideally a minimum of 2 -5 years’ main dealer experience.
Prior experience in a customer service based role.
Motor Trade experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player with a flexible attitude; is willing to ensure customer satisfaction
You need to hold a full driving licence.
The Package:
Part Time (29 hours)
You will be on a two-week rota to do Monday to Wednesday and alternatively Thursday to Saturday.
Week 1 – Monday to Wednesday 7.30am to 6.30pm
Week 2 – Thursday & Friday 7.30am to 6.30pm and Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm
You’re working Monday to Friday will include an unpaid break of one hour. Salary is £8:00 per hour i.e. £12046 + bonus OTE £13,852 + overtime
Alternatively
Full time Service Advisor 47.5-hour week (alternate Saturday mornings) 22,000
