The Role:
Silcom Recruitment currently seek a Customer Service Advisor for an established car dealership, based in Basingstoke. The role will work as part of a team and report into the Aftersales Manager.
Full bespoke training and development programme for all new employees in this role.
Current or recent customer service experience highly desired. If you have a passion for delivering a first class level of customer service, this could be the position for you.
NO MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE NEEDED - Just strong customer service experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Package:
Basic Salary up to £25,000 (experience dependent) + Bonus (OTE £28,000 - £30,000)
Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday rota - one in three or four - 8:30am - 1:00pm
