A superb opportunity has arisen for a Customer Retention Manager to join an established franchise vehicle dealership group, with a site based around the outskirts of Southampton.
This is a new position within the business created due to continued growth and comes with great earning potential.
Our client seeks an individual with a polite telephone manner, with strong customer service and/or sales background. You will be responsible for contacting, and booking appointments, for existing customers of the group to come into the dealership to discuss their renewal with the sales team.
The Customer Retention Manager will be responsible for driving customer retention and renewal across the group.
You will have the chance to up-sell additional products during the renewal process.
You will be required to develop, maintain, and implement retention processes across email, phone & face-to-face communication.
The role will require experience in both customer service and sales:
£17,000 basic starting salary + OTE - £40,000-£50,000+
Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00 - Or part time hours also considered.
