The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Customer Contact Specialist for our prestigious client based in Poole, to add to their small team of trained professionals, working within a premium branded business. Undertaking the responsibility of initiating outbound calls and emails to engage with existing customers and address inquiries. Additionally, the role will encompass handling inbound service booking calls.
The ideal Customer Contact Specialist should ideally possess prior experience in the automotive industry, either in face-to-face interactions or in a telephone-based capacity. Previous experience in a motor trade aftersales position would be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Customer Contact Specialist:
Delivering customer support through various channels: telephone, email and in-person interactions.
Educating customers about products and services.
Addressing customer inquiries promptly.
Resolving customer complaints effectively.
Creating and maintaining documents and reports.
Updating the customer database with relevant information.
Collaborating with the management team.
The Package:
Basic salary of £24,000 + Bonus [OTE £29,000] !!!
Hours: Monday to Friday: [8:30am – 5:30pm] +1 hour lunch
