Silcom Recruitment seek an experienced Customer Contact Centre Advisor to join our premium client based in Eastleigh.
Working as part of the companies inbound and outbound customer bookings team, the ideal Customer Contact Centre Advisor you will provide superb levels of communication and customer service over the phone.

Relevant Experience Required:
Current or recent contact centre experience preferred (not essential).
Experience of delivering customer service over the phone (inbound & outbound), email and face-to-face.
Switchboard experience preferred (not essential)
General customer service & administration desired.
£20,500 Basic Starting Salary + Commission - Realistic OTE £23,000 - £25,000.
Monday to Friday.
One in four Saturday mornings – 9:00am-1:00pm
