Silcom Recruitment seek an experienced Customer Contact Advisor to join our premium client on a full time permanent basis. Based on the outskirts Basingstoke, you will be an integral part of a team providing the best customer journey for our client.
Relevant Experience Required:
Current or recent contact centre experience preferred (not essential).
Experience of delivering customer service over the phone (inbound & outbound), email and face-to-face.
Switchboard experience preferred.
General customer service & administration desired.
£19,000 + Commission - Realistic OTE £23,000 Uncapped + great company benefits.
Week one: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Week two: 08:30 – 17:30
Week 3: 09:00 - 18:00
1 Saturday in 3: 08:00 – 13:00
