The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Corporate/Fleet Vehicle Administrator to join an established motor trade dealership group business, based around the outskirts of West Drayton.
Our client seeks someone to provide the best level of service to customers/leasing Companies while maintaining a satisfactory profit contribution to the Dealership. You will contribute to the development of all operating and administrative policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of all tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Daily document downloads via IVS
Taxing via AFRL
Invoicing using VSB Autoline
Provide accurate vehicle quotes and lead times to customers/clients
Day to Day maintenance of Ebbon-Daccs and any other lease company
vehicle ordering system
Providing accurate and timely quotes and updates the vehicle/orders
The Package:
£22,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary Depending on experience plus bonus
Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:30
