





The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of a business, based in Slough. Seeking to add an Corporate Account Executive/ Sales Administrator to their team. Reporting to the Corporate Office Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
To respond to and complete in a timely manner availability requests, general requests and demonstration requests for our leasing companies,
To establish and maintain a good working relationship with our leasing partners and corporate end users.
To offer alternative stock cars to every availability request
To carry out weekly status reports, times and dates as required by individual leasing companies
Carry out specification checks with drivers/fleet contacts
In the event of a problem ownership of the issue and liaison with relevant parties and Manager is required, to solve the issue in the best interests of the customer, department and leasing company
To process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
To process paperwork when received from our delivery agents and forward to our leasing companies
To arrange demonstration requests as requested by our leasing companies and their drivers
To monitor and maintain any deals to be supplied via our internal dealers to ensure leasing company requirements are followed by them
From time to time, to fulfil other reasonable requests in the interests of the efficient running of the Department and to promote the good name of the Company
To ensure that all customer queries are answered immediately.
To maintain customer relations at a level enhancing the reputation of the dealership
To provide a service to the corporate sales department that enables objectives to be achieved.
To organise work within functions to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
To ensure that all clerical tasks within corporate sales administration are carried out in accordance with company policies.
To review with Corporate Sales Manager all aspects of the functions and tasks to develop better service.
To maintain good liaison with Corporate Manager, Sales Managers, Service Managers and all other managers.
To ensure all records are accurately updated daily, to ensure that no sale or revenue from sales is delayed due to inaccurate, delayed or incomplete documentation.
To maintain / enhance service levels with all Key Accounts, both national lease and blue chip, e.g. work within agreed parameters for quote requests, order confirmations, status reports, communication of price increases and supply issues, return vehicles and invoicing / registration requirements.
To develop and maintain a full knowledge of the product offering and of quarterly campaigns.
Provide an input into vehicle ordering to ensure that company stock mix reflects corporate sales requirements and that sales from stock are maximised.
To regularly check for product, pricing, supply and other relevant issues on the news weekly area of Infonet.
The Package:
£20800 basic salary with OTE of - £22,800 - plus fantastic company benefits.
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
