Silcom Recruitment are proud to be working with one of our longstanding clients, who are expanding their Customer Contact team in Southampton. Your role will be to make and receive phone calls for existing customers. Providing help and assistance in booking them in for their MOT, Servicing and all other work related to their vehicle.
In addition to the phone calls, you will also be responsible for other methods of contact (email and SMS) relating to reminders for our customers. You will be part of a well-established and growing team looking to expand.
We are looking for someone who has experience dealing with customers and making and receiving phone calls in a contact centre environment would be highly desirable. If you are an experience Aftersales Advisor (customer focused) and are looking for a change, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We need someone who has a “can do” attitude and a very self-motivated, driven individual. Someone who is proactive in their approach to work. You must be good with using computers with multiple screens open at the same time to retrieve the correct information and to be able to make a booking on a phone call.
The successful candidate will hold the ability to ask further questions and relay the features and benefits of the products required to efficiently maintain a vehicle. You will be expected to be upselling of additional products within this position.
You must have impeccable Customer Service standards.
Our client can offer a flexible working week, this position is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with NO weekends. 08:00 – 17:00/ 08:30 - 17:30.
This position comes with a starting salary of £18,000 with an extremely achievable OTE of £30,000 - £32,000 UNCAPPED, plus fantastic company benefits.
