Silcom are currently recruiting for a determined new Commercial Sales Executive to work for one of our most recognised premium clients based in the Portsmouth area.
The ideal Commercial Sales Executive will have a confident attitude and approach to clients, prepared to challenge themselves and motivated to succeed in a premium commercial main-dealership sales environment.

Role and Responsibilities of a Commercial Sales Executive:
Achieving monthly sales targets for vehicles sold, achieving the minimum profit targets.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background, with a proven track record of successful sales work.
You must have great confidence and experience in customer communication. Interacting with people in a professional manner befitting of a top-end brand and looking the part.
A determined and enthusiastic individual will succeed in this role and thrive in this prime working environment.
You will need to be 100% focused on providing all customers with a world-class purchase experience whilst achieving all sales objectives.
Salary: £18,000 Basic [OTE: £45,000+ per annum, UNCAPPED]

Hours: [Full-Time] Monday - Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm)
1-in-3 Saturdays (8:30am – 12:30pm)
