The Role:
A superb opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join one of our top clients, a prestige franchise car dealership, based in Portsmouth
This is a great opportunity to join an established team working with an amazing premium brand. Our client will consider applicants who currently have motor trade car sales experience, or sales experience within a retail, face-to-face environment.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles
Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer
Understanding of manufacturer mystery shopping criteria and ability to apply this knowledge when dealing with customers.
Ensure the showroom, displays, customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately.
Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer is given the best experience when buying a vehicle.
Experience Criteria
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a motor industry sales role (highly desired)
Willingness to learn
Proactive & strong organisation is key for this role.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Experienced in working in a sales environment is key.
Our client is looking for someone with "fire in their belly" who has the drive and passion to succeed.
The Package:
£13,500 basic starting salary. Guarantee will be put in place for candidates who need to learn the role. OTE in excess of £50,000 - £55,000 Uncapped + Company Car & fuel.

8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:00pm Saturday (Day off in the week) 10:30am-4:30pm every third Sunday.
