




The Role:
Silcom Recruitment seek an experienced car sales executive to join an established client of ours, with a site based in Bournemouth.
Our client has multiple successfully established sites across the South Coast.
This is a great opportunity to join an established business, offering full training and support towards building a lasting career within the group.
As a car sales executive, you will ideally have current or previous face-to-face car sales experience within the motor trade industry, with a passion for sales, and a drive to succeed.
We’re also able to consider individuals from a strong sales background, who would be keen to learn and develop within a new area.
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles
Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer
Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.
To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.
Ideally you will be currently working within a car sales environment
The Package:
£20,000 basic starting salary.
OTE un-capped £50,000+ Company car & other benefits.
8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday
8:30am-5:00pm Saturday (Day off in the week)
Sunday (rota, usually 1 in 3 Sundays).
