We are currently working on behalf of our client, an established dealership who are seeking to recruit an experienced Business Manager to join a well-established and professional sales team.
Role and Responsibilities:
About the Role: -
You will have the necessary Automotive experience required for; stacking deals together, working to FCA regulations, promoting and arranging finance and insurance products, providing quotations for customers and seeing each deal through to point of handover ensuring all paperwork is completed and that every customer is aware of the products available.
As an integral part of a sales team you will assist the Sales Manager to meet targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Your senior position within team will mean that you will also be tasked to motivate and drive sales and finance penetration
About You: -
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate all levels.
Minimum of 2 years recent experience within the automotive industry as well as working knowledge and understanding of the above role requirements.
Current or recent experience working within a Business Management / Transaction Manager or F&I based motor trade role (minimum 2 years exposure to this role is required)
Franchised Main Dealer experience essential.
Possession of a Full UK Driving Licence.
The Package: -
Starting salary of £25,000 (experience dependent), with a realistic OTE of £50,000 plus company car, fuel and fantastic company benefits.
