Silcom Recruitment are currently on the search for a Branch Manager, based within the Southampton area, our client offers a superb package.
Our client ideally seeks an individual who will provide pro-active, supportive management and will have prior experience of running a workshop, parts and staff management.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Branch Manager:
Skilled in translating technical inquiries to customers professionally and calmly.
Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
Experienced in managing and leading a team of technicians, using management skills to ensure a positive and productive workflow.
Adheres to head-office guidelines for consistent application of company standards.
Holds a valid UK Drivers Licence.
Demonstrates proficiency in managing and achieving financial KPI’s.
Takes initiative to accomplish tasks and uphold high working standards.
Salary: £35,000 + Performance bonus (OTE of up to £38,500)
Monday to Friday [08:00am - 17:30pm] + Every other Saturday
