The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting a well-known and established MOT service & repair centre, with the hire of a Branch Manager. Based within the Southampton area, our client offers a superb package as part of this autonomous role.

Our client ideally seeks an individual who will provide pro-active and supportive management.

You will have prior experience of running a workshop, parts and staff management.

Our ideal Branch Manager will be responsible for the following:

Site maintenance and it's up keep

Customer care

job card creation

Invoicing

Parts ordering and returns

Cashing up

Banking

Staff management

Monthly reports

The Package: 

Starting salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (experience dependent)

Saturday – Overtime rate

Monthly bonus – to include % of monthly sales

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00

Saturday 08:30 - 4:30 (rota)
