Bodyshop MET Technician - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Bodyshop MET Technician for our client in Southampton.

Our client is an established main dealer group who represent multiple brands. Our client now seeks an experienced MET Technician to join their team on a full time permanent basis. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Accurately and skilfully undertake the removal and replacement of mechanical, electrical and trim items on motor vehicles. Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repairs. 

Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines.

Ensure the highest standard of repairs are carried out to the manufacturer’s specification, specifically relating to fitting and trimming. Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repairs

Package:

Up to £31,000 Basic Salary + Bonus - OTE circa £37,000 with amazing bonus structure plus great company benefits. 

40 hour working week with overtime available.
