Bodyshop Manager - Northallerton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are actively assisting a recognised franchise dealership group based in North Yorkshire with a senior vacancy. We are seeking an experienced and aptly qualified Bodyshop Manager to join our clients well-equipped setup in Northallerton.

The suitable Bodyshop Manager will be confident in all the associated duties of managing a bodyshop or accident repair centre environment. And should be comfortable alongside other professional bodyshop team members, senior executives and working face-to-face with clients at times.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Bodyshop Manager:

Have experience in a bodyshop role, or similar, within the motor industry and preferably with main dealer / franchise experience

Be able to demonstrate team leader experience, ability to manage and motivate an operational team to deliver against targets

Be able to provide examples of where they have driven business performance through increasing profitability and operating efficiencies

Show how in your roles you have truly put customers first and maximised customer satisfaction and delivered an exceptional customer experience

Be naturally organised, flexible and a genuine team player

Self-motivated with the ability to inspire, lead and develop employees to achieve their full potential

Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines

Package:

Basic Salary - £30,000 per annum [dependant on experience & negotiable]

Excellent bonus potential & training opportunities | OTE - £40,000+

Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm) – No Weekends! + early Friday finish
