Bodyshop Advisor - Haywards Heath

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently in search of a Bodyshop Advisor to join one of the UK’s leading dealers based in Haywards Heath. The ideal candidate will hold motor trade experience; however, our client is willing to consider candidates with a stable and strong background in customer service. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Bodyshop Advisor:

Interact with customers to assess vehicle repair needs.

Schedule repair appointments efficiently.

Provide accurate repair estimates and timelines.

Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of work.

Keep customers informed about repair progress.

Address customer enquiries and concerns professionally.

Maintain detailed records of repairs and customer interactions.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 (Depending on experience) + Bonus!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am - 5:00pm] & NO WEEKENDS!!!
