Assistant Service Manager - Outskirts Of Southampton

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an established motor trade car dealership group, with a state of the art site based around the outskirts of Southampton.

A rare opportunity has arisen for our client, currently seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor/ Assistant Service Manager to join their experienced and long standing team.

Our client are able to consider experienced Senior Service Advisors who are keen to take the next step in their career, into a senior, supervisory position.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities & Requirements of an Assistant Service Manager:

As a part of this service team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.

This will include overseeing the Service Reception area, looking after the Service Advisors, upselling where possible.

This position is predominantly working closely alongside the Aftersales Manager and supporting him in the day to day running’s of the Aftersales department.

The successful candidate must have an excellent customer service background and worked in a main dealer environment for a considerable period of time.

If you have experience of stepping into a Service Management role in the absence of your line manager this would be beneficial.

The Package:

£36,000 Basic salary [experience dependent] + £50,000 OTE!

Monday to Friday [8:00 – 18:00] + 1 hour lunch.
