Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced motor trade Assistant Centre Manager to work for an established franchise Service Centre, based on the outskirts of Southampton (SO50), the role will work as part of a team and report into the Centre Manager.
Current motor trade and Customer Advisor experience is essential.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Assist the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the site
Play a key part in the Centre targets including key performance indicators
Offer and deliver excellent customer service to customers
Ensure all work is carried out in line with Company Policies and Procedures
£24,000 - £26,000 Basic Salary (experience dependent) + Bonus, as well as quarterly bonus (OTE Circa £30,000)
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30. Weekend Saturday morning Rota.
