The Role:
We are currently partnering with a family-run dealership in Portsmouth to find an Aftersales Progressor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to enter the motor trade and gain valuable experience in a Service Advisor role within a dealership environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. The dealership offers comprehensive hands-on training and development, with ample opportunities for career growth within the business.
Responsibilities & Requirements of An Aftersales Progressor:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach.
Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs.
Maintain accurate service records and job cards for each customer.
Ensure customer information and service history are up to date in the system.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles, delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Handle customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Promote additional services, products, and maintenance plans.
Collaborate with service technicians and the wider team to ensure a smooth workflow.
The Package:
Salary: Up to £26,750 basic salary, plus bonus!! Up to £150 per month.
Hours: Monday – Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] - No weekends.
