The Role:
Silcom Recruitment currently have a great opportunity available for an Aftersales Manager, working for a top client of ours based in Southampton.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in motor trade aftersales management or similar and come from a technical background with the ability to support the workshop and front of house staff within the dealership.
The ideal candidate will have a hands on approach to their role, someone who engages with staff, customers and can help drive the business forward on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
A complete understanding of aftersales process’ in a modern dealership.
Manage the aftersales team ensuring all agreed customer service targets are met to maintain the brand experience.
Ensure that the aftersales team work effectively with other departments.
To have a hands-on approach to manage, motivate, and train staff to ensure the growth and development of the departments.
Create, agree and control sales, merchandising, recruitment, advertising and sales promotion plans to support the achievement of Service & Parts department plans and budgets.
Salary:
Up to £40,000 Basic Salary (Experience Dependent)
On Target Earnings - £60,000 Uncapped.
Over Performance Bonus.
Company Car.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 18:00pm.
