Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting a leading client of ours, with the hire of an experienced Aftersales Manager, tasked with leading a team of eleven staff across service, parts & warranty, you will ideally hold management experience from a large dealership, or multi-franchise site.
Our client ideally seeks an individual who will provide pro-active and supportive management.

Our ideal Aftersales Manager will be responsible for the following:
Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.
Offer support and strong management to the wider service team.
Manage the day to day operations of the Service Department, to ensure the key targets of the franchise are achieved.
Starting salary of £36,000 - £40,000 (experience dependent)
2% annual department bonus
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (with 1 hour for lunch)
Saturday 08:30 - 12:30 (rota)
30 days’ holiday to include Bank Holidays
