The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is currently recruiting on the behalf of a well-established client of ours based in Reading, seeking to add a Aftersales Manager to the company. Supporting the senior management team, you will be responsible for the following:
Duties will include:
A complete understanding of Aftersales process’ in a modern dealership.
An ability to develop and implement processes that will achieve budget results.
To liaise with company representatives to maintain manufacturer standard requirements & KPI targets.
Ideally you will have experience within an aftersales facility.
Must have the drive and determination to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction with the overall objective of increasing turnover and profit to exceed set budgets.
To have a hands-on approach to manage, motivate and train staff to ensure the growth and development of the departments.
Create, agree and control sales, merchandising, advertising and sales promotion plans to support the achievement of service department plans and budgets.
Relevant Experience & Qualifications Required:
Experienced Senior Aftersales Advisor looking for step up in responsibility OR Current automotive Aftersales Management experience would be considered.
Experience of working with a main dealer is essential
Ideally you will have experience within a aftersales environment; The ideal candidate would be someone looking to make a name for themself in an Aftersales Manager role in a smaller site. Responsibility for x3 Technicians and x2 Apprentices & x2 Service Advisors.
The Package:
£30,000 - £40,000 basic (experience dependant) with an OTE of £55,000 Uncapped + car and other company benefits.
