Aftersales Manager - Colindale

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is currently recruiting on the behalf of a well-established client of ours based in Colindale, seeking to add an experienced Aftersales Manager to the company. Supporting the Dealer Principle, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include:

A complete understanding of Aftersales process’ in a modern dealership.

An ability to develop and implement processes that will achieve budget results.

To liaise with company representatives to maintain manufacturer standard requirements & KPI targets.

Ideally you will have experience within a large workshop as out client has a duel site.

Must have the drive and determination to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction with the overall objective of increasing turnover and profit to exceed set budgets.

To have a hands-on approach to manage, motivate and train staff to ensure the growth and development of the departments.

Create, agree and control sales, merchandising, advertising and sales promotion plans to support the achievement of service department plans and budgets.

Control of the warranty claims process.

Relevant Experience & Qualifications Required:

Current automotive Aftersales Management experience is essential.

Experience of working with a main dealer is essential

Ideally you will have experience within a large workshop; our client operate with a 16 bay workshop looking after x16 Technicians and x2 Apprentices, as well as an Assistant Service Manager, Workshop Controller & 5 Service Advisors at full capacity.

Kerridge experience would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have consistently delivered an above budget financial performance

The Package:

£40,000 - 45,000 basic (experience dependant) with an OTE of £70,000 + car and other company benefits.
