





The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Aftersales Manager to lead a client of ours team based in Christchurch. This role is ideal for a leader looking for a fresh challenge, following the retirement of a long-serving manager of 20 years.
Responsibilities & Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:
Oversee and manage a team comprising 7-8 Vehicle Technicians, 3 Service Advisors, 1 Parts Advisor, and a Workshop Controller.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the aftersales department.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Oversee the daily operations of the workshop to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and manage the aftersales department budget, including costs, revenue, and profitability.
Package:
Basic Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + OTE of up to £55,000 + Company Car!!!!
Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm]!!
