Aftersales Contact Advisor - Southampton

The Role:

Here at Silcom Recruitment we are working with another leading client of ours, with the hire of an Aftersales Contact Advisor, for a busy motor trade dealership group, who own multiple sites in and around Hampshire. This is a superb progression opportunity for an accomplished Contact Advisor with a great on target earnings!

Responsibilities:

The main objective of the role is to maintain a friendly and efficient customer interface for service work.

Responsibility for inbound service and maintenance booking.

Making outbound calls to existing customers.

Producing service plan quotations.

Increasing customers retention.

The Package:

Starting salary of £19,000 

Expected earnings with bonus £31,000

08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. No weekends.
