The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are representing another of our top clients who seek an Aftersales Contact Administrator to join their well-established team, based on the outskirts of Southampton, the role will entail a mixture of customer service, admin/ data entry and contacting customers on a day to day basis. Reporting into the Group Contact Centre Manager.
Responsibilities:
Focus on day to day support for the contact advisors.
Inbound and outbound service & maintenance bookings.
Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong Customer Service & Administrative skills.
Confident telephone manor.
Highly organised.
Package:
Up to £19,000 Basic salary with exceptional bonus structure, up to £800 per month!!! On Target earnings of £28,000 per annum + great company benefits.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00. NO WEEKENDS.
