Silcom Recruitment are currently working with a well-established group and modern dealership based in Poole. Our client is searching for a confident individual to become a progressive Aftersales Advisor as a member of a department of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Current or recent motor trade Customer Service or Aftersales Advisor experience or alike is key
Face-to-face & telephone Customer Service Advisor experience essential
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Basic Salary £22,000 - £24,500 (experience dependent) + Bonus (Circa £28,000) & optional company vehicle
Monday to Friday - 7:30am – 5:00pm | Saturdays (1-3)
