We are recruiting on the behalf of an established, global organisation with an accounting function based in Whiteley, Hampshire. Our client seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on an initial six-month contract. Reporting to the company Finance Controller, and working within a small, established team. The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the following:

Purchase Order logs and approvals
Maintaining Invoice register
Manage accounts payable statement reconciliation
Input of supplier invoices onto the company database
Reconcile vendor balances and close Accounts Payable at month end
Answer email queries relating to payments and suppliers
£18,000 - £21,000 basic salary depending on experience

Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
