The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade group dealership with a well-established site in Shrewsbury. Our client is seeking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant/ Sales Ledger Clerk to their team on a permanent basis. This position is to work as part of a team, reporting to the Dealership Accountant.
Responsibilities:
Sales Ledger.
Warranty.
Cash/ Credit Card reconciliations.
Daily banking & posting of receipt.
Check till reconciliations are being carried out daily by departments.
Credit Control.
Statements.
Bank Reconciliations.
Checking all finance payouts daily and posting on pinnacle.
Maintenance of vehicle reconciliations.
Maintenance of vehicle creditors.
All RFL Invoices onto pinnacle.
This role will have a predominant focus on Sales Ledger and Credit Control.
**Pinnacle system experience and motor trade experience preferred but not essential, we are happy to look at candidates outside the motor trade with transferable skills experience**
The Package:
Salary depending on experience, £20,000 - £21,000 per annum (experience dependant)
Flexible working hours; 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday with 45 minutes for lunch
