





The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an established motor trade business based in Wellingborough on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Dealership Accountant & Finance Director and working within a team of 5, the ideal candidate will possess experience across a variety of transactional accounting duties and ideally have a strong purchase ledger experience. If you have Pinnacle experience, this is highly desirable but not essential.
The role involves:
Processing all purchase invoices and supplier payments
Confidently handling all queries
Taking responsibility for the reconciliation of supplier statements
Raising cheque payments
Other duties include Audit of Service Plan Accounts, assisting in annual audit processes and covering other roles in the Accounts team during holidays.
Motor trade experience (PREFERABLE) & Pinnacle system experience (BENEFICIAL). If you have current or previous Accounts experience from within a motor trade business and have a keen interest in joining an excellent flexible working business, this could be the role for you.
The Package:
Salary - £20,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience.
08:30-5:30 with 60 minutes for lunch. Flexible hours available.
