The Role:
Silcom Recruitment currently have a great opportunity available for an experienced Accounts Assistant for an established client of ours based around the outskirts of Eastleigh.

This role would suit an “all-rounder” – someone willing to fulfil the role duties day-to-day. As well as an individual with longer-term aspirations to progress. Long-term progression opportunities will be available.
Responsibilities & Requirements in brief –
Email Daily Bank Balance
Update staff register
Email staff confirming customer monies once received in bank (Job Share)
Daily Banking, reconciling, and posting, ensuring all tills clear down daily (Job Share)
Daily Bank Statements, reconciling and posting, ensuring 9430 agrees daily (Job Share)
Daily Wholesale payment reconciliation (Job share)
Daily Update of Finance commissions paid (Job Share)
Credit Control – Chasing all monthly credit accounts, credit checks and reporting
Qualifications, Training and Experience -
Strong communication skills to ensure that changes to the financial issues affecting the Dealership are communicated to the appropriate persons immediately
Good IT/Excel skills essential
Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 Basic Starting Salary (Experience Dependent)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5-hour week
