We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant/ Credit Controller to join an established motor trade business based in Milton Keynes on a full time basis. No motor trade experience required for this role.
Reporting to the Dealership Accountant and working within a team, you will be responsible for the following.
Credit control for 8 sites
Sending/checking credit account applications
Setting up credit accounts
Weekly debtor reporting for both general and vehicle debtors
Weekly/monthly warranty posting and following up with sites
Maintain sales ledger housekeeping & resolving queries
Send out monthly statements
Reconcile, analyse and close sales ledgers at end of month
Purchase Ledger invoice coding
Checking & processing bank transfers & refunds
Assisting with holiday cover within the accounts team
Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Salary up to £27,000 dependent on experience. Plus, fantastic company benefits, including 25 days holiday after 5 years’ service.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hour working week.
