The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join an established group motor trade business based in Cannock on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Company Accounts & Office Manager and working within a team, the ideal candidate will possess experience across a variety of transactional accounting duties. You will be responsible for the following.
Role, Responsibilities & Requirements:
All round accounting duties -
Sales ledger
Purchase ledger
Nominal Ledger (posting journals)
Posting cash to both Purchase & Sales Ledger
Balance sheet reconciliations
Daily banking
Bank recs
P.C Literate
High volumes of invoicing experience would be beneficial in this role but not essential.
Motor trade & pinnacle system experience would be VERY beneficial but again, not essential.
The Package:
Salary - £22,000 - £23,000 dependant on hours and experience.
Hours are 37.5 per week, 09:00am - 17:00pm
