The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join an established motor trade business based in Barnstaple.
Our client has an immediate requirement for an experienced Accounts Assistant with admin support to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working as part of a team and reporting into the company Finance Director, the successful applicant will ideally hold current or previous motor trade accounting experience with some exposure to vehicle administration too.
Responsibilities:
Purchase Ledger
Sales Ledger
Credit Control
Bank reconciliations & cashiering duties
Vehicle Sales Admin coverage and support.
Other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements – Highly desired but NOT essential.
Motor trade knowledge & experience
Part Qualified Assistant Accountant/ Accountant wanting to take on further responsibility would be considered for this role too.
The Package:
Up to £30,000 Basic Salary + discretionary bonus.
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm
Hybrid working available.
