Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting an established, franchise car dealership group who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant, based in Aylesbury on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Dealership Accountant and working within a team, you will be responsible for the following.
Collation, processing and verification of payments through the companies online banking system.
Assist with the maintenance of the Purchase Ledger for the site.
Processing invoices, customer queries.
Supporting Sales Administration (Stocking, processing & sales of vehicles).
Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
General accounts & administration experience required.
Credit control experience & basic accounting knowledge.
Preferable experience of Pinnacle system, company DMS.
Comfortable with excel.
Team player (shares office space of 4)
Salary up to £25,000 dependent on experience.
37.5 hour working week (flexible with start time for the right person) with 60 minutes for lunch.
