The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of a top client of ours based in Alton, seeking to add an Accounts Assistant to their growing team. Supporting the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Duties will include:
Purchase Ledger:
Checking invoices against GRN’s & orders.
Liasing with other departments to resolve any issues with Supplier Invoices.
Entering Supplier Invoices onto the system.
Expenses:
Checking Company Credit Card expenses ensuring correct receipts and that expense claims are correct.
Enter expenses onto the computer system - Access Dimensions
Other:
Bank Entries and Reconciliations.
Petty Cash
Dealing with Company Cars
Payroll (This will only apply if candidate has previous payroll experience)
Other adhoc duties, as required
The Package:
£20,000 - £24,000 Depending on experience + Fantastic company benefits. Monday to Thursday 8:30-5:00 Friday 8:30-4:00.
