We are recruiting on the behalf of a car dealership group, with a head office located around the outskirts of Blackburn. Our client are seeking to add an experienced Sales Administrator to their team. Reporting to the Regional Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
To complete all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle through to invoicing, taxing and preparing the paperwork for delivery
Check and maintain reports, including vehicle debtor report, demo stock report and monthly demo write-downs, on a timely basis.
New Car stock ordering and Management
Kerridge system experience preferred
£17,000 - £20,000 basic salary - Depending on experience + Performance related bonus of £100 per month.
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch
