We are recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade car dealership business based around the outskirts of Birmingham. Our client are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent position that has arisen due to continued growth within the business.
Reporting in to the Sales Administration Manager, the ideal Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Arranging and ordering vehicle tax
Updating fleet manager database with the correct information
Filing, scanning and photocopying paperwork
Keeping mot, tax and service lists up to datePurchase ordering for fleet
£20,000 - £24,000 Depending on experience.
